Which is basically what I want, for after each insert, I want the formview to display the currently added data in the itemtemplate.
For this to work I have to switch the formviews mode to itemtemplate and pass the primary key along with it I'm currently doing this by sending it through a URL variable. Getting to the point here, how do I get the values of the select statement that's being performed after insert? Is there some method of the ObjectDataSource that returns these values? If not, how else to get this data? I guess there has to be a way of getting the data from the select statement that's being performed after the insert, otherwise it wouldn't make sense that this is an option in the dataset designer view.
